Hi, I’m Staci. As human resources manager for Aldez, I speak to many job applicants. I’m often asked why I think Aldez is a good place to work. It is heartening to know that I can share many, many reasons with prospective employees. Of course, each applicant has their own things that they look for and, since I meet with all of them, I can see some of the more popular reasons that people join Aldez.
