Diane Copek founded Aldez Group in 1998 with a vision to provide services within the automotive industry that would free up customers to focus on their most important aspect: production. Under her leadership, Aldez grew rapidly due to its exceptional processes and accuracies, which led to continued expansion of services and programs within the automotive industry. Today, with 30 years of experience with quality and cost savings, she remains onboard at Aldez and fosters the culture that leads the team to uphold the exceptional performance standards that has led Aldez to repeat supplier of the year awards.
After a 15-year career in the United States Army including six combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq, Jeffrey Copek was medically retired and joined Aldez. He brings to Aldez extensive strategic planning, purchasing, and operations management skills.
During his military career he successfully transitioned from Infantry Platoon Sergeant to Combat Aviator, Pilot and finally Air Mission Commander. In addition to his service, he was awarded two Bronze Stars as well as leadership awards.
Jeff is a strong supporter of Veterans charities and he serves on the board of the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC.)
Michael Byrne brings more than four decades of automotive packaging, logistics and operations experience to Aldez. His commitment to continuous improvement methodologies and ISO quality management began in 1970 when he served four years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.
In 2009, after many years building up his unrivalled packaging and operations expertise, he joined the Aldez family of companies where his passion for service and efficiency mindset have been put to good use.
After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997, Michael Hayes began a career in the automotive industry. For more than 20 years, his focus has been on contract packaging, distribution and managed labor services for companies such as Toyota, GM, Ford, Honda, Isuzu and many of the Tier I suppliers.
Michael joined the Aldez family in 2010. His never-ending passion for customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and personnel development has helped to sculpt the unique customer-centric culture at Aldez.
Micheal Wilder retired from the military after a 30-year career in the United States Marine Corps, including 3 combats tour to Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
After his military retirement, Micheal worked with Oshkosh and Lockheed Martin improving the safety for military personnel on the battle field. His experience as an Instructor improving quality of the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle and role as a Site Lead and Program Manager Officer have prepared him well for his role at Aldez.
Micheal is based out of San Antonio, Texas and travels to Aldez locations to lead implementation for new accounts.
We offer customized packaging, services and support to OEMs and Tier One suppliers within the automotive and manufacturing industries including, Toyota, Ford Motor Company, Daimler, General Motors and many associated Tier One suppliers.

For years, our Aldez employees have been choosing local charities to support during the holiday season.
We have a 17-year tradition of conducting multiple annual Thanksgiving meal drives across our locations during the month of November. Our staff brings the same tireless work ethic and generosity we use to serve our clients to helping the families who need a boost over the holidays.
It’s our honor to carry on this feeding of families by donating, delivering and helping to organize family meals. In 2018, we supplied 90 turkeys and 5 complete meals for families in need for the Manna Food Pantry, volunteered over 40 hours and donated 100 cans of canned yams in support of the Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner, and supported the “O” Give Thanks Charity for the past 5 years, feeding more than 30 families and volunteering over 100 hours with buying, organizing, and passing out the dinners.
In addition to our Thanksgiving tradition, Aldez employees support a variety of other charities throughout the year. Toys for Tots and Operation Homefront Holiday Toy Program for military families are among them.
With locations in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, and Oregon, we are expanding our footprint to meet the needs of our customer base on site or at near site locations. To support the expansion needs of many of our customers, our joint venture with Tri-Wall gives us the global reach to serve our increasingly global customer base.
