We fabricate foam and corrugated dunnage to protect your part at every stage of transit and handling. If you need lightweight cushioning for surface-sensitive components or heavy-duty returnable packaging for daily production use, we’ll match the material to the part.
PE Foam (Polyethylene)
A lightweight, flexible foam ideal for protecting parts from surface damage during transit and handling. Cuts and profiles to any shape.
EPE Foam (Expanded Polyethylene)
Lightweight, flexible, and semi-rigid closed-cell foam made from polyethylene resin. Highly resilient and capable of absorbing impacts, drops, and vibrations without losing its shape and 100% recyclable.
XLPE Foam (Cross-linked Polyethylene)
A dense, fine-cell foam with a smooth, consistent surface. Selected for precision parts that require an exact fit and clean cosmetic protection.
Polyurea Coating
The coating adds a tough, impact-resistant A-Surface friendly shell that extends the life of returnable dunnage through years of production use. We apply the coating in-house where we routinely coat foam and other materials to protect your part, so it arrives damage free.
Plastic Corrugated and other Returnable Packaging
We can supply plastic corrugated, thermoformed plastic, and injection-molded plastic dunnage/trays.
Depending on the needs of the parts, we can supply the plastic corrugated with different laminates or in combination with profiled foam for securing parts in the container.
