Corrugated Packaging
Single, double, and triple-wall corrugated in any size or configuration, built to your part and run out of three manufacturing facilities.
Corrugated Design
Our custom designs provide heavy duty packaging for the automotive and industrial markets. With our extensive design catalog, we can assist with any packaging related need no matter the scope. Our design team has extensive experience in the industry and we rely on their creativity and innovation to set us apart from the competition. Regardless of your product, we can design and create a personalized solution to meet any need.

Custom Manufactured to protect your part
Single-wall for lighter, less fragile parts. Double-wall for heavier parts and added protection. Triple-wall when the part is heavy or the trip is rough.
We run a full range of flutes and grades, specialty coatings, and custom die-cut configurations out of three manufacturing facilities. Our North American footprint includes 9 facilities across Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Alabama, Texas, and Mexico, allowing us to support customers with localized service, regional manufacturing capacity, and consistent processes. Corrugated comes from renewable material, and it’s the easiest thing on this page for your plant to recycle.

Corrugated
The inside of the box matters as much as the box. We build the nest the part sits in.

Build-Up Blocks
Multiple layers of corrugated glued together to create a secure, custom-shaped nest that holds your part firmly in place during transit.

Partitions
Interlocking dividers that separate multiple parts within a single container. It reduces handling steps and maximizes pack density.
Fully Assembled Packs
We build the part, the interior dunnage, and the outer container into one finished pack. Sheet metal designs for the automotive industry can be extremely intricate and can easily get damaged if not properly packaged throughout transit. That's why Aldez takes pride in customizing packaging for these unique pieces for our automotive customers.
Our finished packs come in: custom partitioned trays, large-format containers for heavy components, and bulk Gaylords built for industrial production floors. If the part is awkward, heavy, or ships in volume, corrugated is usually the most cost effective solution.
